- You place an appointment request on our website as per your convenient date and time.
- You get a call back from us immediately asking for a designer visit or Free pickup.
- Upon receiving the fabrics and designs, we execute your order in our IN-OUSE unit and set for delivery as soon as in 3 working days.*
- Any alterations if there happen to be, will be taken care of within 48 hrs of delivery.

- If you have a perfectly fitting sample, then we get it picked up along.
- If you want your measurements to be taken, we send a designer to your place.

- For an order value above Rs. 2500/-, the designer visit is FREE.
- For orders upto Rs.2500/- there is a one time care of Rs. 250/- which will allow you to place multiple orders in the same category without any extra charge.

- Yes we maintain a library of pure and semi fabrics to choose from. These fabrics are available in almost all the color variations. While discussing the design, you can let us know of your fabric requirement.
- In cases of full customization, we can also procure the required material on your behalf.

- Yes, upon asking we provide FREE design consultation.
- If you have a reference design, we can cater to that as well.

- We undertake alterations only if the pieces are new and are accompanied with a fresh order placed with us.
